"I was terrified to have received a DWI and possession charge in West Virginia last year, especially considering it was for a medication that I was prescribed at the time. Initially, I planned to represent myself because WV law is extremely strict about who can receive a public defender (if, after your bills are paid, you have over $1,000 left over per month, you do not qualify for a public defender in WV for misdemeanors.). I am so grateful that a friend recommended I not do so and instead hire an attorney. I found Mr. Wagner through his stellar Google reviews, and while I was initially apprehensive to pay as much as Mr. Wagner asks, it was absolutely worth every, single, penny. Genuinely. I saw what a few of the public defenders looked like the day of my court appearance…they were unprofessional, shabbily dressed, and extremely disorganized in their paperwork. Perhaps this was only true of the two I saw, and there are other public defenders in Jefferson County who are more professional than these two were, but I cannot imagine any of them, nor any other attorney, being more professional than Mr. Wagner. He is a true class act, and was able to broker a deal with the assistant prosecutor that seemed impossible…she did not want to give any leeway whatsoever, but through an extremely obscure clause in West Virginia law which I was completely unaware of, and which I expect any other attorney would have been unaware of, too; Mr. Wagner was able to have the DWI and possession charges completely dismissed, with me pleading guilty only to a careless driving charge. I cannot imagine a better outcome other than outright dismissal, which, given the circumstances of my case, was not possible. I am extremely, extremely grateful for Mr. Wagner and Heather. They made it possible for me to move forward in my life and career in a way that wouldn’t have been possible had the DWI or possession charge remained on my record. WV is notoriously one of the strictest states for DWI’s, and Mr. Wagner is an absolute expert in navigating this incredibly complex and nuanced system. Please do whatever you have to (I had to sell personal possessions in order to pay Mr. Wagner’s fees, which I will reiterate were worth every penny, and I do not regret at all) in order to secure defense through Mr. Wagner’s firm if you are facing a DWI in West Virginia. You owe it to yourself and your future. I was overly skeptical throughout the whole process until the very end…please, trust me, his fees are worth every penny, and you do not have to be skeptical or worried whatsoever. He is an expert and a wizard in law and WILL obtain the best possible outcome for you. He has incredibly long-standing relationships with the court officials in the counties he can represent you in, an extremely deep understanding of West Virginia law, and is a consummate, compassionate, and dedicated professional. I hope this review helps set someone’s mind at ease and encourages someone to pursue defense with the Wagner Law Firm. I, for one, will be forever grateful that I did."

"Harley and Heather were absolutely wonderful from the first phone call. Within minutes, my anxiety was put to ease. When negative things like this occur in your life, you always think the worst. They were always available to me and walked me through each step of the process. Thankfully, with the knowledge and expertise of Harley and his law firm, I could not have asked for a better outcome. "Hiring Harley to represent my young son with his DUI was the BEST decision we ever could have made. I cannot imagine going through this process without him. Heather was so helpful too. It was one of the worst times of our lives, and he and Heather were there for us through every step of the process. Not only were they there for us, but there was not a single time of my many calls and emails, that they did not reply right away. The outcome of our case was the very best case scenario and I know we would not have gotten this excellent outcome without his expertise in this area.
