"***STAY AWAY FROM GUY FRONSTIN AND HIS LAW OFFICE!*** This law office did not live up to their promise to me and my son; that they would leave no stone unturned. They did nothing, took nearly $40,000 and left us high and dry. Until they make this right, this post will stay here! Mikel Pelzman (employed in criminal defense by Guy Fronstin) was my son’s attorney for ~7 months into the case, and then vanished. Mikel dropped the case with no explanation while the case was still going, hurting my son and his legal situation. Guy Frontstin told us Mikel was ‘too overwhelmed’ to continue with the case. I got handed off to Merlyse Mercado (without a choice) and then for the next several months I had to chase her around for updates. She kept advising my son to take a terrible plea deal, and did no real work, further damaging the situation. I am looking for a new attorney and have asked for some form of refund for this terrible disservice. However, I will need my money back to get true legal support elsewhere - and they said the only thing they can do is credit 1 month (~$1,000) despite the complete mishandling of my son’s case and strings of empty promises. We have been stolen from and this is UNACCEPTABLE IN EVERY WAY! I am reporting them to the Florida Bar Association for unprofessional conduct and misrepresentation/dishonesty. STAY AWAY FROM GUY FRONSTIN AND HIS LAW OFFICE! You WILL regret choosing them."

"Cannot recommend, no communication, defense was non existent. Six months of resets, attorney doesn't show to court, Cannot recommend, my monies were ill spent. Had no defense, had to get another attorney that would respond and work with this attorney. Received unfavorable decision, the firm should return my monies or at least roll it over to the attorney outside the firm that communicated the most."
