"I am so happy that a good friend recommended Alan to represent me in a very difficult legal matter. Specifically, I was arrested for committing a felony burglary which I did not commit. Alan was able to get me released on bail that same night and through successive months, he was able to get the case dismissed through his relationships with prosecutors and judges. Alan is highly trusted in the legal system and this respect goes a long way in his representation of his clients. His guidance, attention to detail, and knowledge of the law are second to none. I hope I never get In trouble again, but if that ever happens, Alan will be the first one I call!"

"I recently needed advice concerning a friend going through a very hard time with a pending charge. It caused him to be jailed for parole revocation, and his current attorney seemed to not be putting in much effort, wasn't knowledgeable about the parole revocation process as well as difficult to get ahold of. I reached out to several parole attorneys and Alan Bennett called me back within the hour, even though it was already after normal business hours. He allow me to explain things in depth without rushing me, gave me great advice, and didn’t try to push me into hiring an attorney, as he felt that it was unnecessary considering the circumstances I explained to him. I asked if I could please pay him at least something for his time but he had no concern about making money off of helping me. It’s nice that there are great experienced attorneys out there who are willing to lend an ear and provide some sound advice to people in need, free of charge. Thank you very much Mr. Bennett. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney that genuinely cares about helping, and not just in it for the money."

"Alan Bennett hands down saved my future, wrongfully charged of something with no proof saying otherwise. All others said they could not do it, he took it as a challenge went above and beyond fighting for me and my rights. He saved my life and future. I now consider him not only my lawyer going forward but also a true friend. I would recommend Gunter, Bennett & Anthes to anyone who needs real help fighting a case in Texas or anywhere else they are licensed."
