"I engaged them for a legal consultation on 04/01. They insisted on full payment before the meeting which was not a deal breaker for me however not standard practice. A partner jumped on a video call with me for 35-40 minutes. I left the meeting with more questions and confusion than I had before and no clear strategy from my "legal consultation". She told me I should contact her over her email/phone however my calls or emails have not been returned for the past 8 days. Felt unprofessional and a quick money grab to be honest."
