"I don't think I can say enough to be able to express the level that Mr. Simms is at, but I will try. I have been in Law Enforcement for 20 yrs, prosecuted I don't know how many cases, and have gone up against hundreds of Defense Attorneys. I have to honestly say that Mr. Simms is the most impressive and knowledgeable attorney I have ever had the pleasure to meet and work with. Specifically his knowledge of DUI Laws and training is well beyond 99% of most Police Officers, other attorneys, and prosecutors. The way he handles himself in the courtroom is amazing. I was falsely arrested for a DUI by Oldham County Police and Mr. Simms had my charges dismissed. Even when dealing with a dirty prosecutor he kept his composure and handled my case better than I have ever seen or heard of. If you need an attorney you would be doing yourself an injustices by now retaining Mr. Simms. He will be my lawyer from here forth until the day he retires.
