"Mr Malia uses a lump sum, up front cost for standard evictions and once you pay that money it seems service slowly declines to a point where a few months later you don't hear back from him. I have left several messages on multiple lines, sent several emails and have not heard back from him. He collected some partial rent from the tenant I was evicting and was supposed to send to us and has not. Also, did not seem to know the process for section 8 tenant in peekskill and I lost out on thousands of dollars that section 8 would have paid while tenant was staying in my house. I would choose carefully here."
