Family Law, Criminal Law

About:

I was born and raised in New York and attended law school in central Pennsylvania. I have more than 12 years of experience trying cases in courts throughout the Harrisburg region, including 75+ criminal jury trials, and hundreds of criminal and family law hearings. I have also had the privilege of successfully arguing cases before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, some of which resulted in published opinions which changed or created new law. I am dedicated to being a tireless advocate who is at home in the courtroom, and giving my clients the respect, attention, and practical advice they deserve.

DVLawyers AI Summary:

AHEDD is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by providing a variety of supports aimed at fostering their independence and self-sufficiency through employment. Their primary focus lies in disability employment services, ensuring that people with disabilities can navigate the job market and find suitable employment opportunities. This firm also emphasizes youth transition services, helping young individuals, particularly those with disabilities, to prepare for adulthood and gain the essential skills needed to thrive in their communities. The tone of AHEDD is warm, supportive, and trauma-informed. They demonstrate a clear understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, as well as the unique barriers to employment that many encounter. Their approach is empathetic, offering personalized guidance and resources that cater specifically to the needs of each individual. This commitment to individualized support is evident in their extensive services, which include career exploration, job placement, and ongoing support even after employment is secured. For survivors of domestic abuse who may also have disabilities, AHEDD could be a beneficial resource. Their understanding of the intersectionality of disability and trauma may resonate with survivors seeking to regain their independence through meaningful employment. However, it is essential for potential clients to assess their comfort level and specific needs, as AHEDD primarily focuses on employment rather than legal or direct domestic violence services. If you are seeking assistance in finding a job or transitioning into the workforce, AHEDD's supportive environment may be the right fit for you.
