"I am beyond grateful for the results garren achieved for me. He walked me through everything and was always available for questions and concerns. As someone who has never delt with the court system, he kept things simple and guided me through the process. He was able to eliminate my criminal charges. I highly recommend him."

"This law firm is an absolute joke. I contacted them to just answer one simple question so that I don't do what I'm not legally allowed to do, they responded saying that they can't let me know anything about oregon firearm laws because they have previously represented one of my family memebers, which makes absolutely no sense at all since I asked for no information pertaining to or involving the previous case that they represented at all, one of my family memebers has been a convicted felon and has been prohibited from possessing firearms for the last 10 years up until this last year, apparently in this last year my family member paid court fees, services etc. and got their gun rights back but they said it's only at a state level and apparently they are still federally prohibited, from what my family member has stated they can legally have a gun gifted to them from an immediate family member but said they still can't go and buy one on their own because their still federally prohibited from doing so which makes no sense and is a bit contradicting so I wanted clarification and understanding of how that works, because how can you be legally allowed to own a firearm but not be able to legally go purchase one yourself then, if that's the case though and they can't go and buy it themselves because they are still federally prohibited then even an immediate family member(with my understanding)legally can not gift them a firearm because that would be considered a straw purchase, if you knowingly buy a firearm with the intent of giving it, selling it or gifing it to someone else that you know is federally prohibited then(with my understanding) that it is 100% a straw purchase and is absolutely illegal to do so, long story short I simply just needed to know what is legal to do and what is not legal to do in this situation and they made it seem like I was trying to get details or information of my family members previous case that they represented, obviously I don't give a rats a** about a previous case they did for anyone (family or not), but what I do care about though is knowing the answer to the simple question I asked so a legal mistake is not made, all I asked was what does current oregon law say about transferring or gifting a firearm to a federally prohibited family member and they refused to answer a simple firearm legality question, it's pretty petty to be a law firm that supposed to give legal advice and then refuse to give the one thing that you even have a job for in the first place, if you don't want to give legal advice then look into a different profession and don't own a law firm...."
