At the Law Office of Gale Moore, we are dedicated to helping clients restructure their families privately and respectfully. We practice both litigation and out-of-court dispute resolution though over the course of time we have expanded our out-of-court practice focusing on collaborative divorce and family law, mediation and direct negotiations. We maintain this out-of-court practice because we strongly believe that family disputes should be resolved in a private conference room, not in a hostile and public courtroom environment. As a result we bring a more peacemaking approach to family law. Prior to opening her private law practice Gale served as an Assistant Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. This experience provided her with substantial courtroom experience. For the last two decades Gale has worked exclusively in the family law arena. She has served as litigation counsel for individual parties as well as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litem for minor children in highly contested family law cases. Gale has witnessed both parties and the children experience negative emotional and financial effects from the long, drawn out divorce battles. As a result Gale became a strong proponent of the collaborative process, where a structure is put in place so that life’s hardest moments do not have to be any more difficult than necessary. As a leader in the legal community, Gale was selected to Co-Chair the Clearwater Bar Association’s inaugural collaborative law section. Gale also speaks annually at the People’s Law School held at St. Petersburg College on the subjects of family law and collaborative law. Gale has also taught continuing legal education on the subjects of family law, guardian ad litem training and collaborative law. Gale is the co-author of the book Champions of Collaborative Divorce published in 2017.
