"Don’t make the mistake our family made. Mulligan did not fight for my brother in his trial. He did the least amount of work and my brother ended up guilty with a maximum sentence with a felony charge, no probation and no initial bail . He wouldn’t challenge the lies that were spoken from the plaintiffs’s whitenesses and when we questioned him about it, he said, “I don’t want to draw out the trial, the jury has all the evidence and they will read the facts when they deliberate”. Every time we called Mulligan to discuss my brother’s case he would be cordial, but then tell us he needed to get to his other cases. My brother is not a violent offender, he’s a beautiful person, but with Mulligan as his lawyer the plaintiff was free to show the jury a made up person in the courtroom."

"My ex husband was raided by a child exploitation team out of Sacramento for downloading and distributing “lot’s” of child pornography as stated by the private investigator conducting this investigation. During this investigation they also found a camera in her bedroom along with sex toys that were place someplace else not sure where. I had to have someone from the FBI come to my home and dna swab my daughter and I was promoted to urgently file an emergency ex-parte by CPS… In court Mr.Mulligan argued that just because individuals like to watch this material online it doesn’t mean he would do anything physical to our daughter. I was also told that it’s his legal right to encrypt ILLEGAL material. Thanks to him I still coparent with him to this day. Great job to Mr.Mulligan for defending child exploitation material. Yes I am being sarcastic."
