"Back in 2019 I reached out and hired this firm to help me reduce a year long driving prohibition. As a 22 year old at the time, I didn’t know much about how the system worked. After 6 months of pushing the court date forward, I didn’t understand what was happening and why it was taking so long to come to a decision. My driving infractions were from common tickets accumulated. But then it hit me, I’m getting dragged along by the firm because each court appearance by my lawyer was money in their pocket. Nearly $10,000 later, my 1 year was reduced to 1 month. I was told by friends they had known people to get out of real criminal charges for $3000. In hindsight, if I tried to reason with the judge on my own behalf I might have been able to lower it to a few months, still saved at least 6 thousand dollars with taking ubers for a few months. The judge was actually very reasonable and had a good heart. I wrote this not to slander the firm or lawyer, but to let people know the type of people who are out there. Cold blooded lawyers who will take $10,000 out of the pockets and future of a 22 year old kid just because they were in the fancy building making it sound like you were in the right hands. I would advise anyone in a bad situation for the first time to look elsewhere for help. This situation has never sat right with me but I know it was my own mistake getting taken advantage of. Even the devil was once an angel."

"I was in the verge of getting my driver license taken away for a full year from a stupid act of driving while having with a suspended license. I reached out to Filkow Law seeking their advice. After hearing advice from Paula, I was assured I was in good hands with someone that is professional and deliciated to her profession. I was informed every step of the process and didn't need to appear in court so I can focus on my daily life. In conclusion , my sentence was reduced to only a small fine and 2 month suspension from driving rather then maximum fine of $2000 and full 12 months prohibit from driving.
