"My experience with lumber Liquidators had its pros and its cons. I dealt with three people, Antonio who is a store manager, Savannah who is a store manager and Richard who is an employee. Antonio was not friendly at all. He did not even greet me when I came in to pick up my $4,000+ order, Savannah was off that day. I felt he did not value my business. He also had order pick-up forms for me to sign (literally multiple times) saying I only picked up a portion of my order even though my order was completely there; when I questioned the validity of this, he said that their system was off and although I didn't feel comfortable signing it, he was persistent that I did. He was very condescending to both my husband and I during the loading process. Evidently there was an accident that no longer allowed them to take the forklift outside the building, so they had to load 43 boxes of flooring by hand onto our trailer deck which literally took an hour and a half. Keep in mind it is summertime and it was extremely awkward for us and our daughter to wait in the heat, standing for that long. Richard was very nice, accommodating, and went above and beyond loading and strapping down our flooring. Antonio bickard with Richard right in front of us during the loading time (which was not professional). Richard offered my family a bottle of water and was working so hard, that sweat was literally dropping down his brow. We were impressed with Richard's friendliness despite he was working extremely hard in the heat. I did not enjoy my interaction with Antonio. Savannah was always pleasant during my interaction with her which took place once in person, and the remainder behind the scenes either on the phone or via email. She also had inaccurate paperwork for my husband and I to sign multiple times. She was however very prompt in accommodating me/my needs via email, and even got an order error fixed when she ordered the wrong style of transition strips. I think my biggest complaints were their need to have us sign the same paperwork, multiple times, even tho it/they were inaccurate-it was a little bit annoying. That, as well as how unprofessional, condescending, and unappreciative of our business Antonio was. Richard surely stole the show and Savannah was the reason for keeping our business! The flooring we chose is BEAUTIFUL and was on sale! Lumber Liquidators got our business from Floor Decor because LL waterproof backing was better than the "cork style waterproof" backing from Floor decor."

"The customer service and pick up was excellent. Savanah and Richard did a great job with our phone order and follow up. They made ordering and pick up a seamless process. We are very happy with our floor product and I am sure will use LL Reno again. Thank you."
