"Worst law firm I've ever encountered. Took my case on for money matters, in order to collect restitution from an auto accident claim and instead they "churned" by file, thus costing me thousands of dollars in their legal fees, while dragging my case out for 4 years, and then ultimately offering the insurance company a "low-ball" amount and literally held my settlement check for well over 7 months until it was no longer valid, then left me with NOTHING! Theses scumbags are still attempting to collect more monies from me. Let's do the math... I've given them about $14k plus, my vehicle repairs were about another $14k in total and they only settled (without my consent) a measly $19k and they're still after me for about $2,800. I had to hire a malpractice attorney in order to acquire my losses. Both Mr. Hughes and Mark Stuckey took full advantage of my case!"

"Mark Stucky, Attorney at Law Robert W. Hughes and Associates To Whom it May Concern: Attorney Mark Stucky Highly Recommend as a dedicated, knowledgeable, professional lawyer who treats each client as an individual. In my case, I was unfamiliar with Georgia Law. Knowing ignorance of the law is unacceptable my immediate choice was to hire the best attorney for advise and help. The Process Mark and I did a zoom meeting, because I live several hours from Hughes Law Firm. He needed information about the case. Mark accepted my case and informed me about my payment commitment which I accepted. All communication Mark handled through the oppositions attorney per Georgia Law. I Recommend Mark Stucky, Attorney at Law. Hughes and Associates"
