"I had an appointment from 9:30 to 10:30 the receptionist advised I call the office at 9:30 for my appointment. I called at 9:29. The receptionist cut into my hour session by 5 minutes which isn’t much but when you’re paying for the whole hour it’s understandable I would ask if we could credit the 5 minutes on the end of the appointment. She put me on hold and then came back on and fired me as a client for asking that."
