"I cannot praise Erin enough for what she did for our family. She helped us with a custody issue which seemed hopeless. It can be hard for dads to feel like they have a voice. She gave that to my fiancée. I work in the legal field and her professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. Family issues are incredibly tough and take a toll on you emotionally. She is not only an excellent attorney, but she truly cares about you as a person and what your family is going through."

"Incredible attention to clients needs! I had a trial in less than a month, that I hoped I could do solo. I soon realized I needed additional help with Oregon case law. London came extremely highly recommended and now I know why. She took me on weeks before trial and scrambled to get caught up. Drafted and prepped the trial memo, helped prep all the exhibits and my testimony. Without her, I don't know if I would have won. Thankfully, the trial memo was so detail oriented with case law, I was able to get full custody of all three kids and move them. Thank you London for everything!"

"Luckily I don't have any other experiences to compare, but I can attest that London Ballard is a very competent and knowledgable lawyer. My impression of Oregon's family law system on the whole is less favorable, and the best advice I could give anyone is to avoid it if at all possible. Things move very, very slowly. Like glacial. Geological. Over the course of sixteen months on the docket I saw two judges: one in a recorded video you will be required to watch who more or less mocks the idea that you will 'have your day in court' and another in person who never looked in my direction (he did rule in our favor on that particular frivolous motion, not that it did a lick of good). Basically, the outcome of your case is already set by a couple of key things you (or your ex) might do long before you think seriously about an attorney (don't ever, ever, EVER move out!) so, if your partner is acting weird, I would check with ChatGPT or someone who's been thru it before you show a single card, and remember the advice of Sun Tzu: 'Every battle is won before it's ever fought'"
