"I returned an item that didn’t work, they gave me a piece of paper with a credit code to use it in the store within 15 days. Came back a week later, they didn’t recognize it anymore and were very dismissive and rude. The employee even confirmed he remembered me but 'couldn't do anything'. Lost more than 30 bucks. The lack of organization is why Amazon is killing these shops. Rick is a great and really assisted me though."

"Wow, I should have read these reviews before we walked in to shop. There is a Rona near Atwater that is absolutely amazing when it comes to service. This place is not!!! We walked in to ask about the availability of a florescent bulb and cutting a house key and instead of a simple no and a smile we got arrogant, condescending attitude. Unless you know exactly what you want and can find it on your own, don't bother. Any other hardware store will provide you with better service. Losers"
