About:
Graduating from The University of Texas School of Law was the start of my legal training. Prior to law school I worked at Hewlett Packard, and during law school I worked at Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright) and Ogletree Deakins (formerly Ogeltree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart). I have been licensed to practice law for 9 years and have been exclusively practicing criminal law in the central Texas (Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties) area for 8 years. Fast response time and accessibility are the strengths of my practice. I have no employees and am a true solo practice. Your calls, text messages, or emails will not be answered by a secretary or answering service. I believe in transparency and candor when advising my clients and am patient to get the best results. Because I do not run a volume-based practice, I can spend the necessary time to properly defend a case.

"Three years of delays is all we got oh yea and lies of Eric getting an expert to evaluate my son from Florida. Admitted to being terrified of Bell county his defense was no defense just reschedule my son’s case for three years. Payment sent to his cash app or his relatives cash app . Despite being paid nothing was ever done in defense of my son didn’t even get and interpreter and or CDI for his deaf client. The day that he was ask to withdraw from my sons case do to non-performance and negligence was the second time in three years he received an interpreter . You knew the facts of my son’s case and still took the case only to do nothing."
