About:
Nick Lovelace-Andrews specializes exclusively in family law, demonstrating a genuine dedication to assisting individuals navigating various aspects of family legal matters. His practice covers a broad spectrum, including divorce, child custody, LGBTQ family law, and prenuptial agreements. Notably, Nick played a significant role in co-authoring the Marital Agreements chapter in the Washington Family Law Deskbook (3rd ed. 2022), collaborating with Stella Pitts. Before joining Envision Family Law, Nick served as an associate attorney at S.L. Pitts PC for 3 1/2 years and previously contributed as a volunteer attorney with the Housing Justice Project. During his law school tenure, Nick assumed leadership positions, serving as the President of the Public Interest Law Foundation and the President of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Honor Society. Before entering the legal field, Nick actively advocated for marriage equality as a community activist. His involvement included holding the position of Vice President at the Legal Marriage Alliance of Washington and volunteering with Equal Rights Washington and Washington Families Standing Together during the Referendum 71 and 74 campaigns for marriage equality in Washington State.
