About:
Emma Tillotson did not know she would find her calling in family law. Emma received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University cum laude in Psychology and Criminal Justice, with a minor in Sociology. She left her home state of South Carolina to attend the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, where she graduated cum laude. During her legal studies she found her passion representing people going through difficult family transitions. She participated in the family law clinic representing underprivileged residents of Raleigh in their family law needs, was an active member of Law Students Against Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence, serving as Vice President, was a student mentor and was an active member of the award-winning Mock Trial team. “Sexual assault and domestic violence are prevalent in our community, and it is imperative that individuals understand they are not alone and that there exists a path to safety and recovery. Collaborating with survivors is profoundly gratifying and has enhanced my understanding of how to better serve the community. I believe that the practice of family law transcends mere legal processes, and I am dedicated to supporting families during their most challenging times.” – Emma Tillotson In her leisure time, Emma enjoys engaging with family and friends, caring for her cat, Wilkie, reading, and exploring the outdoors.

"I’ll never forget this law office! From the moment I spoke to Ms.Christina , I felt heard, respected, and guided with honesty , not fluff. Ms. Christina made me feel right at home, especially when I found out she’s from NYC like me. That’s when I knew I was going to get the real, no-sugarcoating type of advice—and she absolutely delivered. She was direct but compassionate, and truly made me feel seen. And Mr. Gray was everything you want in an attorney: professional, upfront, and honest about the process, the costs, and the reality of my case. He didn’t try to overpromise or take advantage—he gave me the facts, laid out all my options, and helped me make the best choice for me and my child. Even though I won’t be moving forward with private representation at this time, I left feeling informed, empowered, and respected. That’s priceless. Thank you for being real, for caring, and for giving me clarity in a hard situation."
