"I cannot say enough good things about Dan Emkey & his firm. Dan is very professional & promt. He has many years of experience & it definitely shows. He helped me with a situation I was going through & he always returned my messages promptly. I felt I did not have to worry about anything because Dan was already 2 steps ahead of me when I did express worry or concern about something. "Dan Emkey was a superior defense attorney. What I paid was worth it. He took his time push back my court date to get me the right judge, to get the minimum sentence of 90 days house arrest compared to possibly getting actual jail time for my SECOND DUI and I was charged at the tier 3. I'm telling you hire him, don't complain about price. Think of what i was once taught price vs quality and you get what you paid for. His price gets you high quality service from him as a defense attorney. And he has all the awards and accolades up in his office, being top 10% in the nation multiple years. And I can't leave out the great work and dedication Emily also put in it also. Overall compliment SUPERIOR is an understatement."
