"Emeka Madu got my case dismissed when I was assaulted and falsely arrested by aggressive arcade managers. Who did not like my winning actions at their ticket redemption games because I was winning a lot. The manager manually took off 35k arcade tickets from my card without my consent and tried to hide fraudulent activity from his co-workers who tried to resolve it. I was sent to the hospital due to the manager’s need to assault a winning player like a crooked pit boss in Las Vegas beating up a card counter. Then these managers lied to the police about me threatening employees which didn't happen, they knew they couldn't justify beating up a customer and having them arrested over winning arcade tickets. But the police didn't care, they took the managers side, and tried to charge me with battery when I got assaulted. But thankfully Mr. Madu didn't let that happen and proved the DA I was innocent. Also those two managers were terminated from their position when the insurance company came to investigate. I am an arcade advantage player which means I can win multiple jackpots from arcade games and walk out with a big prize (iPads, video game consoles) at less than retail cost. Sometimes I sell my prizes online to earn some extra money. Many arcades are honorable enough to let me redeem iPads or video game consoles at a profit or leave with trash bags of plushies and not think much about it. But this one didn’t welcome my arcade skills and decided assaulting a winning customer and making false statements to police was a better option than to award prizes or offer a refund. I filed a lawsuit against the arcade business but my civil attorneys were not able to proceed because of the false arrest that caused a pending criminal charge against me. Emeka Madu was recommended by one of the civil attorneys to handle this criminal case against me. It was a long process and there were no guarantees what the outcome was going to be, but I am more than happy with the outcome Mr. Madu came with in the end. All I had to do was 6 hours of community service and the DA would dismiss my case. I performed my community service, waited a few more months, and my case got dismissed. Mr. Madu was able to prove my innocence. Especially that I provided video evidence of the arcade managers assaulting me because my friend recorded the entire incident. Mr. Madu went to court for me and he took care of everything. So I could stay home or go to work. Because of Mr. Madu’s work to get my case dismissed, my civil attorneys can now move forward to file a lawsuit against the arcade’s insurance company that is responsible for assaulting me."
