"Wesley worked tirelessly for the better part of a year with me to find my perfect home. The delay in purchase was entirely on me as I had a specific budget, tight locational constraints, and floorplan layout needs. At no point did I feel that Wesley wanted anything but the best for me, and he clearly goes above and beyond any reasonable expectations you should have of your realtor. Apart from Wesley's work ethic and purchase process expertise, Wesley is equally impressive in his understanding of the San Diego real estate market. As both a personal home-owner, and investment property owner himself, he can not only shed light on what your home will be on day one (neighborhood characteristics, underappreciated home features, true home value, etc.), but also what your home can reasonably be (well-versed in ADU builds, home additions, rental potential, neighborhood trends, etc.). "Wesley and his team went above and beyond to help me buy a townhouse in which I kept and upgraded. I contacted Wesley and his team to sell that townhouse and they helped me buy another home!
