"My lawyer Matt called me and told me he didnt feel comfortable representing my case and told me his colleague was going to take it and expect a call from him soon. After 2 weeks of no contact Matt called me again at like 9:30 PM. I guess my case was due the next day and the paperwork had to be in that day. Paperwork he didnt even start yet. I learned theres a soft deadline and a hard deadline for the submission. The courts like to see the files by the soft deadline. He submitted it a hour or two before the hard deadline. The courts dont like last minute stuff; it never looks good. These guys charged me $5000 so they could call me at 9:30 one night and jot down a statement to submit. I never got any real chance to think and mull over what the affidavit said. There lack of attention left me no time to process and sleep on the affidavit. It coulda been way better. They lost my case. I got a DUI. My truck was parked, turned off, no key inside. I was outside the locked truck trying to get an uber. Like literally the easiest dui defence ever. These hosers lost the case"
