"Terrible Experience with Ashish Duvadie! I hired Ashish Duvadie in 2021 through Legal Aid for a family matter, and it was an absolutely disappointing experience. Initially, he contacted the opposing lawyer, who claimed her client was unwell, resulting in little progress on the case. While waiting for their response, they went to court without notifying us, falsely stating they hadn’t received a response from our side. This led to an uncontested trial that we were completely unaware of. A year later, I was contacted by the Family Responsibility Office regarding support payments. When I reached out to Duvadie for clarification, he speculated that my ex had somehow obtained a court order against me. His advice was to file a motion to change, but the process did not go well. Due to his inadequate representation, I have been kept away from my children for 4 years. Additionally, I have had to spend thousands of dollars hiring other lawyers and professionals to rectify the damage caused by his mishandling of my case. If you are considering working with him, especially through Legal Aid and family matter, my advice is simple: STAY FAR AWAY."

"If I could give more stars I would. Ash is an absolute rockstar and a great human. His team is great too! He came from a recommendation from a friend and I recommend him to you!!! He tells you straight forward and is honest. You can tell he cares but has a drive to win. He helped me with a really messed up situation my boyfriend was in (and still is helping). He is also very fair price wise. The other thing is you will feel like you’re the only case he is working on since he answers you and seems to always be available to talk. Overall amazing lawyer and even better guy!! Go with Ash!!!!"
