"Don’t get service here!! Be aware! A few years back they did not tighten my lug nuts when they rotated my tires and my tire fell off in the road. To now discover they put non chrome similar looking lug nuts on the tire they had to replace and they are all rusted now. Manager says he won’t take care it as it’s the last managers problem! Wow!"

"I bought my Ram 1500 from them about a year ago, the first day of ownership I didn’t even make it 10 miles down the road and the check engine light came on. Ed Koehn was great about getting it right back in! They told me it was be a quick job because it was only an oil sending unit. After they had the truck for a week I called my salesman (Jamie) and asked if the truck was done yet and he said yes. So first problem was I should’ve been told when the truck was fixed. But no service never called me, after I arrive to get the truck as soon as I turned it on another check engine light. So yet again they had the truck for a camshaft position sensor now. Then after this I had to fight tooth and nail to attempt to get my truck fixed not at my cost. After I picked up my truck I had noticed I had half a tank of gas missing, as if someone was joy riding in it…Long story short the sales team is good people, I’ve only ever had problems with service."
