"I contacted McCunn Law about drafting a prenup and creating a trust a few months ago. While others' experience may vary, I did not find his advise helpful or truthful in the first issue. After explaining my initial ask at a high levelto him without explaining the specifics of either my or my wife's situation, he proceeded to outline the reasons why I shouldn't have a prenup. He cited many reasons, some doubtful (for example that 'marriage is forever') and others that were arguably not true. For example, that a judge wouldn't uphold a prenup under our circumstance. None of the other attorneys I consulted thought this was an issue and neither did my wife's attorney. imo there's nothing unique about our prenup. it's pretty boilerplate. I thought these reasons were strange to say the least, but regardless asked him to draft a prenup anyways. He declined and then tried to get me to create a trust with him. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Highly recommend other law firms for prenups. He may or may not be capable of drafting prenups, but my impression is that his personal beliefs have influenced his practice. As a business owner, he's fully within his right to refuse service, but I'd argue it's highly unprofessional. After informing him that I would be going elsewhere, I was contacted twice by email later to create a trust by his firm. I explained each time that they should to not contact me. Overall, I didn't have a good experience."
