"These people deserve more than 5 stars. I called the office last night around 4:38pm after getting home after a long day of work to find out the from losing power the night before, when the power came back on the power surge took out our router and we had no WIFI. The lady at the office was so nice and pleasant she tried to troubleshoot it over the phone with no success, so she put me on hold to call a tech. When she came on the line she said Paul would come out and be there in about 15min. Even though they close at 5pm. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! Paul came out was very professional he upgraded my hardware and was in and out in no time. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and GREAT SERVICE! TOP NOTCH!"

"I would give them 10 stars if I could. The girls in the office are wonderful. Paul our technician worked all day-and into the next in 100+ degree weather to get us up and running. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Thank you Kalama Telephone company!"
