"I start by saying that the cleanliness in this place is horrible, today July 17th I was for a consultation, my appointment was at 3:30 pm I arrived at 2:30 pm I filled out the form in 10 minutes and I was waiting until after 5:00 pm and they didn't call me, people who arrived after me came in, after 5:00 pm I asked at the reception what time they would see me and they told me they still didn't know, finally I left without being able to consult. I wasted my afternoon of work, my time and of course I had a tremendously bad experience with this place. I do not recommend it at all. If I had seen the comments before I would never have taken the time to go there 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻"

"This a horrible place they made us wait almost two hours to be seen by the doctor. He rushed us and could care less about the reasons we were there. Also they needed to call the insurance to see if the procedure I needed was covered and they didn’t do that at all. I called serval times to see if it got approved and they just kept saying we didn’t get around to it. Super rude staff. I felt like they want you to come and then tell oops your insurance doesn’t cover it so you have to pay. Do not go there it’s a complete waste of time"

"place is super unorganized, Dirty, rude employees, and super late and unprofessional doctor. Doctor was late one hour looks super unprofessional. they will never answer your questions over the phone and will have you on hold for hours. will not recommend this place its seems like its money laundry joint not a doctor office."

"This office is all about money, not patients. If you’re not Spanish-speaking or from the same ethnic background as Dr. Caban, you’ll be treated as an afterthought—even if you’ve had an appointment booked for weeks. The front desk is a mess, overbooking patients and making you wait hours to be seen. It’s clear they don’t value your time or care. The esthetician and assistants are nice, but the two-hour wait time every single visit speaks volumes about how poorly this office is run. I’d never recommend it to anyone."
