"I had a bad experience with attorney Marc Decker. He insisted on not taking me to court, which made me feel like he wasn't interested in my case, resulting in me being detained longer. He also manipulated my partner to discourage me from taking that option, which made me feel unprotected and unsupported. During our meetings, he didn't provide me with a physical interpreter and always used an interpreter on the phone, even though I don't speak English and felt misunderstood. I was concerned that, despite being Black, he wasn't respectful and made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. I wouldn't recommend him based on my experience."
