"This UPS store is absolutely amazing. Every employee is and so helpful, so kind and there are always enough or more employees ready to help. It’s really hard to find good Customer support and a lot of it in most businesses these days. I run a lot of errands and this is by far my favorite place to need to go. I have just recently gone through an excruciatingly difficult time and more than once they went out of their way to help me with my situation. They sincerely were compassionate and like always they went above and beyond the call of duty. They really care about their customers. I can easily say they are the hardest working and most kind group of employees I’ve ever seen."

"Sent a overnight thursday to be delivered sat by noon. Its saturday 3:30 and ups says they are not in posession of the.packahe. i expect.that the 125 dollars will be returned to us as this store failed to deliver. Ups tracking only shows label created. Its going at ground speed and we will be home before the package arrived where we were. Total failure. Today before.they closed the counter person seemed confused. At 125 for overnight that was expected by noon today we did not get what we paid for."
