"Avoid for Business Use – Prolonged Outage & Unfulfilled Services We had an extremely poor experience at Regus Ridgewood Corporate Square in Bellevue. The location experienced a complete internet outage lasting over three weeks, unrelated to the provider (the rest of the building had full service). Regus failed to resolve the issue or offer an acceptable workaround. In addition, several services included in our contract were delayed and poorly delivered, and communication from the local team was slow and unhelpful. For a company marketing to professionals, this level of disruption is unacceptable. If reliable infrastructure and consistent service are critical to your business, we strongly recommend avoiding this location."
