I am Deandra Grant, the Managing Partner at Deandra Grant Law – Criminal & DWI. I hold degrees from Trinity University in San Antonio and SMU Dedman School of Law. In 2016 I completed a Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Science and a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Science from the University of Florida. In 2019, I joined the faculty at Axion Analytical Labs as an Assistant Chromatography Instructor for the American Chemical Society. I also serve on the faculty of the Borkenstein Drug Course. I am nationally recognized as a speaker on DWI law and science and author of the annually updated "The Texas DWI Manual" as well as 18 other law books available on Amazon. I am a Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Instructor and have completed the Drug Recognition Overview course. My training includes coursework in DWI forensic blood and urine testing, and I am trained as an operator and maintenance technician of the Intoxilyzer 5000.
