He has successfully defended citizens in felony jury trials and has successfully argued before the South Carolina Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. Dayne is a former President of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and former circuit representative on that organization's Board of Directors. He is also a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College and is a State Delegate of the National College for DUI Defense. "When I first contacted the law firm Mr Phillips was immediately available to meet with me and listen to what I had to tell him. He was very informative and professional. I had no idea what my chances were for my case but after listening to what I had to say he told me immediately what he could do for me and the likelihood of being exonerated. The fees were straight forward, no hidden costs and the firm allowed me to make payments which was helpful. Action was taken immediately on my behalf, When, I was risked losing my nursing license Price Benowitz was able to prevent it from happening, which allowed me to continue working. And without having to worry constantly about my case. Whenever any court dates were coming up his Legal Assistant would notify me and remind me of the dates and times of upcoming hearings. Mr. Phillips and the law firm was always available for any questions I had. I’d certainly recommend Dwayne Phillips, I was able to trust him with my case and focus on life.
