"It appears Mr. David Strobin is less an attorney and more an absentee landlord of his own legal practice—collecting rent (i.e., your money) while refusing to maintain even the bare minimum of professional standards. Mr. Strobin accepted payment for a time-sensitive appeal, fully aware of the statutory 30-day filing window. He committed—verbally, of course—to have the appeal drafted within a matter of days. Four weeks later, without so much as a draft or explanation, he issued a refund, effectively extinguishing any chance of relief for the client. To add insult to incompetence, Strobin then dispatched one of his so-called associates—who demonstrated an alarming unfamiliarity with family court procedure, the law, and arguably the English language. Whether this is gross negligence, breach of contract, or merely the standard Strobin operating procedure remains a question. But one thing is clear: retaining this man is not legal representation—it’s a donation to dysfunction."
