He helped me settle my case in mediation and fought for all the terms/conditions I wanted as a father. "The attorney I originally retained back in 2021 only worked and completed a couple of filings and was not even responding to the opposing counsel inquiries. That should tell you something. Fast forward to July 2022 and with the grace of God and through an amazing woman I was put in touch with attorney David Makofka. I fired my prior lousy attorney and subsequently retained David, who took on the case at the speed of light, guided me through the process without false hopes, or overwhelming legal information. As I type this review, I checked my phone call log.... I only called David three times between July to October and that's because he kept me posted every single step of the way via phone, email, or text. If you are reading this, my best advice: do not hire a 'value' attorney or a large firm. I would instead, pick up the phone and schedule an appointment with David. He is personable, very smart, and before you know it, he will take you to the finish line. David, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel". Thank you for absolutely everything."
