"The worst consumer relationship, as Tempe, AZ's phone number is disconnected. Their AI is only frustration. Their Phillipine reps are difficult to understand. After (3rd) failure (different excuses) to address (3) ID fraud issues discovered, I canceled LifeLock. (5) days later, LifeLock frauded my bank $22.99, overdrew my acct ($29fee). Today, new lies, no refund yet. Escalate refund is a demand for refund of (6) months+overdraft fee. I will write Tempe, AZ again with the demand letter & complaint. I've made note to write the FTC, the AZ Atty Gen'l & the AZ BBB. LifeLock **is** part of the ID theft & fraud in today's market. Don't waste your money & save yourself grief & wasted frustration time. Avoid LifeLock!!"

"I just recently got money onto this card and I had this transaction happen less than 40 minutes ago. I can't dispute it yet, and I never had any service or business with Wharton or LifeLock. Don't trust them, report them, and make sure if you're in the area to make it clear to everybody. Don't do business with them. They will steal your hard earned money. I tried calling them out after hours. I'll try calling again to reverse the charge, but I doubt it's going to work. I'll update."
