Mr. Edelstein started his career as a criminal lawyer in Miami at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office and has been in private practice for the past 20 years. He has defended clients facing criminal charges in Florida from Jacksonville to Key West and from Portland, Oregon to New York City. Although he has occasionally represented clients on appeal, Mr. Edelstein spends the majority of his time as a criminal trial attorney. “Our firm’s criminal defense lawyers have extensive experience defending clients facing criminal charges, as well as those under criminal investigation.
