"I hired David Schachter after firing another firm and couldn't be happier. David's ability to pick up my case and quickly get up to speed with the facts are a testament to his ability and professionalism. He was able to navigate through the opposing parties lies and build an incredible case with a strong team that was second to none. It was poetic to watch him dismantle witnesses on the stand. He is truly masterful and marches to the beat of his own drum. Don't get caught on the opposing side of this mastermind. You've been warned."

"Consultation fee is extremely high $400 for the first hour. Didn’t even want legal advice just wanted to confirm that my case is something they could help me with. Update 6/28/2025, after i left this review. I received a call from David demanding me to take it down, I told him I would consider as the rep that answered the phone didn’t seem very helpful and only wanted to stress about the $425 fee for questioning. I ended up deciding not to take the review down. Today I reviewed this from David, Dear Darnell: I’m very disappointed. If you do not rectify the mater by removing your false review as you indicted you would do after our nice phone call of several weeks ago, then I will be reaching out to your superiors. Yes, I know who you are- personal history, domestic, etc. I know you are a police officer with the PD. I work with many of them and we have always had a good relationship. I am also aware of your legal history and background in the past- domestic and criminal in particular. While I admire that you seem to have made some changes in your life, you still appear to have a vengeful streak. You told me you were going to remove your slanderous and defamatory review after our nice call awhile back. Instead, you left it up, and then ignored my subsequent calls and message thereafter to follow up after you failed to remove it after you assured me you would do so during our call. Please do not test me. This could end up being an expensive matter for you to have to defend if I proceed to bring suit against you for defamation. And I will do that if necessary. I’m trying to save all of us some valuable time before doing so instead of doubling down and raising the temperature. We both have better things to do with our time. Because of my respect for officers of the law, I’m giving you this opportunity to rectify the matter and put this to bed once and for all. If I have to take further action, I will have to waste some time. I beleive what you may jeopardize when it comes to me having to take legal action when we have to address your character, could result in more irreversible damage than I’d prefer to cause you personally. Please don’t leave me without that option. I don’t just let things like this go. Thank you in advance for your reconsideration. Respectfully, David Sounds very unprofessional and threatening to me just because I left my review. No wonder why he has nothing but good reviews. He harasses the ones who put a negative review. Do better firm. And to answer your question, NO I WILL NOT BE REMOVING MY REVIEW!! Lastly, PLEASE DO NOT REACH OUT TO ME AGAIN OR I WILL TAKE IT AS A FORM OF HARASSMENT."

"I wish I would have known about this firm before I started the divorce process. I met with Brett for a consultation and he was honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to hear me out and I wish that other firms were as caring as he was. He gave me better advice in 20 minutes than I had with 8 months at another firm in Savannah. Thanks team!"
