"I went into Regions Bank to cash a check that was written under my own name and presented a valid government-issued driver’s license from New Mexico. Despite the fact that my ID is completely valid and meets all requirements, I was told they couldn’t accept it because it was from out of state."

"I have been banking with disbank, for at least 15 years. There is no way that I can rate them less than 5 stars! I have never had a single problem with the bank or it's employees. I did have a problem that I needed my bank's help. I called and I spoke with Lexi about my situation. She was wonderful at listening to my issue. She told me that she would work on it and get back to me and she did with excellent news. I was so happy that I stopped here to personally thank her in person. She was super friendly and I couldn't be any more happier. While speaking with Lexi, i met another worker named Theresa. She was also very friendly. It was very nice to meet both and I again thank Lexi for such a wonderful job taking care of my issue. Everything is greatly appreciated!!!"
