"Daniel Murphy got right to the point of our legal issue. He had a very comfortable office (not downtown!). He met with us immediately, and gave excellent, easy to understand advice. I liked the fact that he offered a flat-rate billing system, which greatly reduces costs. You don't just get overwhelmingly large invoices; with charges you do not understand - where it is like reading a foreign language. He explains how the flat-rate system works, and what it covered. It was nice to have an attorney that seemed to genuinely listen to what we had to say, and to offer solutions. I highly recommend hiring him if you have a difficult legal situation and need someone who can not only help with the legal aspects, but who is also able to also help you understand and navigate the process from start to finish."
