"Kathy represented my elderly mother for many years until we had to let her go in April of this year. She was handling my Mother's finances and it was a complete disaster. She did not keep her checking account up to date and many, many overdraft fees had to be paid because of her inability to balance the account. She also demanded that the family bring her all of my Mothers jewelry and furs so she could keep them safe! She told us our Mother instructed her to do so but that was not true- she did it on her own. Talk about unethical. We did not bring her our Mothers valuables and we terminated our relationship with her shortly aftter."
