"After an unfortunate run-in with the law in Atascosa County last summer, I was referred to D&H for representation on a misdemeanor case. I am very grateful I retained this office. Adriana Biggs and Woody Halstead gave me peace of mind and explained in detail how the process would go, with Adriana taking the lead in my case. Their office was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had, all with great respect and kindness from them and their office staff. After Adriana received discovery pertaining to my case, which can take a few months depending on the judicial system each county court has in place and each individual's case, she took time to review the facts with me and advised me on the best path forward, given the facts. Nonetheless, Adriana and Woody were still able to negotiate a favorable outcome with the County Attorneys and was offered a chance at full dismissal via a Diversion program. This wouldn't have been possible without their help, and would highly recommend them to anyone for their legal needs and concerns."
