"Moriah the front desk assistant is an extremely rude, condescending, and impolite person that should NOT reflect the quality care that Dr.Zaklin provides. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional customer service rep before. Moriah was belittling patients, calling them names, getting extremely emotional and projecting her personal anger onto those looking to receive care. If she doesn't like you, she will threaten you.. yes, you read that right! The front desk rep will threaten you for no reason. I have my phone conversation with Moriah recorded on video, because it was atrocious the way that she behaved. I will gladly show anybody the recording who wants to hear it. As someone with severe anxiety, which Moriah knew about from my file, she did absolutely nothing to consider that while she was screaming at me on the phone (over an unsigned consent form!), which in turned caused me to have an anxiety attack. Full blown anxiety attack, because I was belittled and screamed at by a complete stranger having their own bad day and taking it out on patients. I am appalled at the disgusting behavior by someone who is supposed to represent this practice. I'm sure Dr. Zaklin is wonderful doctor, and I was so excited to meet him and work with him! Unfortunately, the assistant made it impossible to feel respected as a human being, and quite frankly, needs to be terminated ASAP if Zaklin Integrative Wellness wants to maintain a sense of compassion and care for their patients."
