UCLA / UC Hastings College of the Law, graduating cum laude. Dan worked as a criminal prosecutor for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office for 26 years. Dan prosecuted cases as a Senior Deputy DA in the Special Assignments Unit, the Gang Unit, and the Homicide Unit before being promoted to be the Head of the Homicide Unit, a prosecution team that he supervised for eight years. During the course of his career, he has conducted about 80 jury trials.

"Scott Simmons and Dan Wagner are the absolute best! They came recommended by an attorney friend and did not disappoint. Scott was professional and clearly stated what to expect. Any time I needed to reach him, he called back the same day, usually within hours. He did this on a Friday evening after hours and when he was out of state. Scott was able to get me the very best outcome I could hope for. Can not recommend Scott and Dan enough!"
