"Why pay thousands of dollars for a lawyer, just to enter a guilty plea for you? Literally anyone can plea guilty on their own, and anyone half competent can convince a judge to provide a more lenient outcome."

"Ken Byers was helpless. Yes, he is available 24/7, and it is true that he helped some of his clients. However, what people do not realize is that Ken is an arrogant man, he's all about the money and if you're the type of person who does not have much? Forget it. As advertised in their website, they offer free consulation. So I called to try him out, also to get a consultation/advice for free. I shared my case (minor) to him, told me he was going to follow up the next day but he didn't. I've left 5 messages but Ken was MIA. Where was he, I don't know ? it's been 24 hours since the last time we spoke and was promised to get in touch. I waited and waited but no Ken Byers until I called him from a different phone number and that's when I got a hold of him, can you believe that? Only to be told "I'm sorry, but I can't help you not until you hire me as your lawyer". Uh, so remind me why your website offers free consultation again? Honestly Ken is not the lawyer you think he is. I was very frustrated with this man, so I decided to call somewhere else to get a second opinion. Cugelman & Eissen associates were much better help than Byers. Cugelman and Eissen's associates offered the best advice for the price of nothing and even stayed on the phone to help me out with my case past their office hours. You can always tell who are the lawyers willing to help people and not just there for the money. Ken Byers costumer service, just so you know, you can reply to this review if you want and tell me what you want to keep Ken's image, but what happened to me during my interactions with him cannot be undone and to be honest he is not the greatest lawyer he says he is."
