"I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before hiring anyone at this firm specially Mr Dale and his crew. My experience was extremely negative. After taking my money, he failed to resolve the issue he was hired for and provided little to no real guidance throughout the process. Worse, he gave me misleading — and frankly, terrifying — information, telling me that if I didn’t show up to court I would be permanently denied entry and unable to return to the country. This turned out to be completely false. His communication was unreliable, and by the time my court date came, I had completely lost trust in him. I paid for professional legal support and instead got misled, ignored, and left in a worse situation than before. I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same mistake."
