"I couldn’t be more pleased with Tyson’s work and understanding of the law. I was Given an IRS penalty from the police and I knew as I was leaving the police station that they made serious errors. With only a 7 day timeline to appeal it was difficult to find a solution forward while dealing with the stress of losing my license. I spoke to a couple other lawyers who wouldn’t give me any good advice until I move forward with them. "I received a IRS fail for the second time. I felt that the police were over stepping there power and picking on the less fortunate people that sometimes don’t have the means or the money to pay for a lawyer that can fight back. I phoned around at first and talked to a few lawyers and didn’t feel comfortable paying them 1000 to 1500 just to talk to them. Then I called Dahlem Criminal Defence and talked to Tyson , right from the start he was straight forward told me my option's, arguments that we could present. He didn’t give me the speech and blow smoke up my ass. He was very honest and told me my chances and his opinion. He made me feel confident that he was the person that I wanted in my corner to fight. Not to mention he is a really kind man and I think he has a big heart and that goes a long ways in my eyes.
