DVLawyers AI Summary:
Crossroads Law is a dedicated family law firm in Vancouver that focuses on a wide range of issues related to family matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and separation. Their team is committed to providing empathetic and trauma-informed legal support, understanding that each case may involve complex emotional and personal challenges, especially for survivors of domestic abuse. The firm's approach emphasizes collaboration and alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, which can be less adversarial and more conducive to healing for families in conflict. The lawyers at Crossroads Law are described as approachable and attentive, making it a point to ensure clients feel supported and informed about their legal options. They take the time to understand the specific needs of survivors, tailoring their strategies to align with each client’s circumstances and goals. Their commitment to transparency in billing and communication further reflects a survivor-friendly ethos, helping clients to feel empowered rather than overwhelmed by legal processes. While Crossroads Law presents itself as a strong option for those needing assistance in family law matters, it is essential for survivors to assess whether they feel comfortable with the firm’s stated approach. The firm’s focus on understanding clients' experiences aligns well with the needs of those who may have faced trauma, but it's advisable for individuals to connect with the team in an initial consultation to determine if their style and support resonate with their personal journey.

"Anchal refused to put in the work required to present the facts and tell my side of story, she in fact refused to tell my side of story and then Marcus the owner of Crossroads denied any wrongdoing said his firm wouldn't correct their wrongdoings but they took my money anyways and as a result it has been over 275 days since being able to see my daughter! I wouldn’t trust this company at all especially if you ever want to see your child and i’m going to be holding them accountable for their lack of ethics. But i have the fact and can confirm the fact of this review in court if needed. Would have given zero star review if that was possible."
