About:

Craig Cherney is a different kind of attorney. He truly listens and solves problems rather than merely identify risks. Craig is also a unique talent for a family law dispute. Craig brings complex real property, business and financial expertise to family law matters enabling him to offer clients a tremendous strategic advantage. He provides a unique perspective to complex issues like asset valuation, asset recovery, disposition and sale of real property, division and valuation of of business partnerships, determining present value of future income streams and locating hidden assets or income often implicated in family law disputes. In law school, only the top graduates are offered the privilege of working for a federal judge. Craig was one of the few, to clerk for now just one federal judge after law school, but two active federal judges. Clerking for a sitting federal judge is the toughest training an attorney can get, bar none. Having participated in countless federal court trials, Craig’s writing skills are razor sharp. This exceptional writing ability complements his skills in the family law courtroom where he seeks the highest and best result obtainable by law. Craig was first admitted to practice law 19 years ago and is actively licensed in three states: Arizona, California and Nevada.

"I hired Craig for a custody agreement over 8 years ago and couldn't have been happier with the results he got for myself and my daughter. I had met with multiple attorneys prior to seeing him and none of them had any solution to the situation I was in. After our first meeting Craig was able to solve the dilemma I was in. I now have full custody of my daughter and couldn't be happier. Over the years I've reached out to Craig and he's been nice enough to answer any and all questions I have in regard to my parenting agreement. If you're looking for an attorney who thinks outside the box and will get you results, I highly recommend Craig."

"These people will lie and waste your time. Then dodge your calls. No integrity don't waste your time."

"I rarely write reviews for people doing their job especially when they charge more than the average for the Job. But when it comes to Craig there is not a better family law or real estate attorney. I have used Craig multiple times for family/parenting law and venture capital/private equity law. As a higher income earner Craig has saved me so much money on multiple facets he was worth every penny. If you don’t use him after seeing this review and you don’t win whatever you retain an attorney for you will remember this review and wish you listened."

"Craig is sharp and top notch. I recommend him strongly for any men dealing with divorce. The investment is well worth the outcome, so don’t think you can do it better alone - you need an expert! In the long-run your investment in Craig could provide you with a lot more more assets that on your own you might have gave away or given up other opportunities you didn’t know you had available. Other attorneys I met with seemed more focused on billing than actually helping me. Craig, Leslie, and his team are compassionate and at the end of the day, just want to help you. Craig doesn’t run the clock to email back an answer to a quick question whereas you might be billed $150 just to get the same email answered from another attorney. Meet with Craig - he has your best interests in mind, everyone needs to be paid for their time but he is about helping you."
