"I went to the family court yesterday for an inquiry. I was greeted by security, who very politely asked me to empty my pockets and go through a scanner (like the airport) later, an officer walked me half way down the building to show me where I needed to go. Once I arrived at the family court counter, I was greeted by a lady who, despite being closed for lunch, took her time to help me."

"Terrible terrible service. Tried calling last week and they actually picked up the phone and hung up on me about 15 times. Finally when I got someone on the phone I politely told her I was seeking some documents for a case from a couple years ago. The woman very rudley told me I needed to email. Well, I emailed about 10 days ago and no response whatsoever. Even though they said 2-3 days for a response."
